Refund Policy

 

Life happens. We all have unexpected things come up. My job is to support you. I will work with you to schedule your session at a time that's convenient for both of us.

 

Here is my refund policy:

I regard your booking as a contract. Payments are due in full at the time of purchase, booking, reservation, or investment unless a payment plan applies. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. Transfers are allowed.

By agreeing to make a payment for live events, online events, sessions, training, or digital products you agree to these terms and conditions. If you need to reschedule the original session, event, class, or course date then you can either change your date of attendance or sell your live events, online events, sessions, training, or digital products tickets to someone else.

 

Single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase. 

MAT certification courses must be attended within 1 year of purchase.

Single-occurrence classes and workshops must be attended at the scheduled times.

 

Your reserved time with me is mentioned in the service description and tardiness will be included in that time. Please note that tardiness exceeding more than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show. There will be no refunds issued for unused/missed sessions.

If you have an emergency, long vacations coming up, or significant changes in your schedule, please notify me about these changes as soon as possible. Extension to our agreement will be decided on and issued on a case-to-case basis.

 

Monika Dulian reserves her right to cancel and/or reschedule sessions, classes, and live events in rare personal cases.

 

Anyone making payments to Monika Dulian / Always The Heart acknowledges that they have read and understood the details of this disclaimer.
